Important Instructions for Franchise

Agreement

A Franchise Agreement is a legally binding contract between a franchisor Peacexperts Academy Pvt. Ltd. and a franchisee (the business owner) that outlines the terms and conditions governing their business relationship. This document is crucial for both parties to protect their interests and ensure a smooth operation of the franchise.

Terms & Conditions

If any Applicant Organization’s (Authorized Network Partner) or Institute coordinator is directly or indirectly running competitive courses then such application / Institute will not be considered in any case. If any such case is found at any stage, then such Institute’s authorization will be terminated immediately without giving any prior notice by Peacexperts.

Applicant Organizations (Proprietorship, Partnership, Trust, Society, Public & Private Ltd. Co.) who are running any competitive courses or involved in any misconducts then such Applicant Organization are not eligible for Peacexperts (Authorized Network Partner) Network Partner.

If Applicant Organization is applying under any Franchisee or chain or similar such type of common brand of network, then following conditions will apply: Peacexperts Academy will check the existing number of Authorized Network Partners already registered under any Franchisee or chain or similar such type of common brand of network.

Franchise Transfer Condition:

*Note that Peacexperts Authorization is non-transferable. So, Authorized Network Partner cannot sell or transfer or give the rights to any other Person or Organization. That means, if any Applicant Organization (Proprietorship, Partnership, Trust, Society, Public & Private Ltd. Co.) become Authorized Network Partner then they will not be able to transfer Peacexperts Academy Authorization to other party under any condition.

Open Area Criteria:

Peacexperts Academy has finalized the Open Area list based on the following factors:

  • Existing Peacexperts Franchise presence in that area
  • Existing Peacexperts Institute business catchment area or Business potential of that area
  • Specific area requirement

Please note that, in some Open Area cases, we have kept the complete City / Town / Tehsil as Open Area. But, we will allow the Peacexperts Franchise at only Specific Locations depending upon the Business Potential of that area.

If Applicant Organization applies from a particular City / Town / Tehsil then we will analyze the local business situation and also check our existing Network Partner’s location in that area and accordingly decide the further course of action.

We may also reject the Online / Offline Application / Email / Online Franchise Request Application if it is not satisfying the required criteria.

Please note that, applying from Open Area does not mean that Applicant Organization's application is considered for Authorized Network Partner. We will check the Business Potential of that area with reference to our existing Authorized Network Partner’s and accordingly accept or reject the new franchise application.

Franchise for Open Area:

Applicant Organization (Authorized Network Partner) has to apply for Peacexperts Academy franchise from Open Area only. (As the Open Area list is available on Open Area Search Franchisee Tab on https://peacexperts.org).

If any ANP applies from an area not listed as Open Area, their application will not be considered in any case.

In case of Educational Institute, ANP must apply with their School / College / Institute name only and clearly mention the exact premises location.

All communications will be done on registered email ID and mobile number only.

*Peacexperts Academy reserves the right of granting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant without assigning any reason/s whatsoever.

Monthly Business Meeting

Authorized Network Partner has to attend the Monthly Business (Online/Offline) Meeting to understand the details of the offerings, processes, new course launches, marketing policy, product training etc. Only one person from ANP should attend this meeting, which will take place at district or regional level as per the convenience of the Institute.

Marketing and Advertising

Peacexperts Academy provides marketing policy and advertising material digitally. Franchisees are expected to comply with the brand standards and participate in cooperative advertising programs where applicable.

Franchise Rights

Peacexperts Academy allows the use of its trademark, brand name, and business model by franchisees strictly for marketing purposes.

Training and Support

  • Initial Training: Peacexperts Academy will provide training to the franchisee and their staff.
  • Ongoing Support: Continuous support in operations, marketing, and technical aspects.

Payment Details

*Peacexperts Academy will not refund any amount (such as Franchise Registration Fee, Student Registration Fee, Security Deposit, Advance Training Fee etc.) once the applicant becomes an Authorized Network Partner.
