• Encouraging Business Growth: With a multi-year assurance, franchisees can confidently expand their operations, introduce innovative IT courses, and cater to a broader audience knowing they have long-term support from the franchisor.
• Access to Continuous Updates: IT training and certifications evolve rapidly. The assurance includes regular updates to course content, online exam platforms, and certification guidelines to ensure the franchise stays up-to-date with industry standards.
• Structured Review and Feedback Mechanism: The three-year period allows for periodic evaluations and performance reviews, ensuring the franchisee maintains quality while also benefiting from feedback to improve their services.
• Time to Establish Market Presence: Building a reputation in the competitive IT training and certification market takes time. A three-year assurance gives franchisees the opportunity to establish their brand locally and gain students' trust.
• Support for Technological Advancements: Franchisees receive continuous support in adopting and upgrading technologies like online exam portals, virtual classrooms, and automated certification tools, ensuring smooth operations.
• Risk Mitigation for Franchisees: Knowing they have the franchisor’s backing for three years reduces risks associated with unforeseen challenges, enabling franchisees to focus on providing exceptional services to learners.
• Encouraging Quality Standards: The assurance period emphasizes maintaining consistent quality in training delivery and exam administration. It includes guidelines, training, and resources to uphold high standards.
• Access to Exclusive Marketing and Branding Support: Franchisees benefit from the franchisor’s expertise in branding and marketing, which is often part of the assurance, helping them attract and retain students effectively.

Important Note:

If any Applicant Organization (Authorized Network Partner) or Institute coordinator is directly or indirectly running competitive courses, such applications/institutes will not be considered under any circumstances. If any such case is found at any stage, the authorization of that institute will be terminated immediately without any prior notice by Peacexperts Academy.

Applicant Organizations (Proprietorship, Partnership, Trust, Society, Public & Private Ltd. Co.) running competitive courses or involved in any malpractices are not eligible for Peacexperts Academy Network Partnership

Franchise Transfer Condition:

Note: Peacexperts Academy authorization is non-transferable. ANPs cannot sell, transfer, or delegate the rights to any other person or organization. Therefore, if any Applicant Organization (Proprietorship, Partnership, Trust, Society, Public & Private Ltd. Co.) becomes an ANP, they will not be able to transfer Peacexperts Academy authorization to any other party under any condition.

• a) Peacexperts Academy has finalized the Open Area list based on policy
• b) Existing Peacexperts Academy franchise presence in that area.
• c) Existing Peacexperts Academy Institute business catchment area or business potential of that area.
• d) Requirement of a specific area

Please note that in some cases, the complete City/Town/Tehsil has been kept as an Open Area. However, Peacexperts Academy will allow franchises only at specific locations based on the business potential of that area. If an Applicant Organization applies from a particular City/Town/Tehsil, the local business situation will be analyzed, and existing Network Partner locations will be considered for further action. In such cases, Online/Offline applications, emails, or franchise requests that do not meet the criteria will be rejected. Applying from an Open Area does not guarantee that the Applicant Organization’s application will be considered for ANP. The business potential of the area will be evaluated concerning existing ANPs, and the new franchise application will be accepted or rejected accordingly.

Franchise for Open Area:

Applicant Organization (Authorized Network Partner) must apply for Peacexperts Academy franchise only from Open Areas (available in the Open Area Search Tab). If an Authorized Network Partner applies from any area that is not an Open Area for Peacexperts Academy, the application will not be considered. In the case of Educational Institutes, the Authorized Network Partner must apply with their School / College / Institute name and mark their actual location within the institution premises. Peacexperts Academy will communicate with Authorized Network Partners only through their registered email ID and mobile number

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• 1) Compliance: Authorized Network Partners must ensure strict adherence to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards as prescribed by Peacexperts Academy.
• 2) Confidentiality: ANPs are required to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during partnerships.
• 3) Marketing and Branding: ANPs are not allowed to use the Peacexperts Academy brand or logo without prior written consent.
• 4) Performance Monitoring: Regular monitoring and evaluation will be conducted to assess the performance and compliance of ANPs.
• 5) Renewal and Termination: The franchise authorization will be subject to renewal based on performance. Any violations of terms will result in termination of authorization.
• 6) Training and Support: ANPs will receive ongoing training, marketing support, and resources to ensure business growth.
• 7) Payment Terms: Peacexperts Academy will not refund any amounts, including Franchise Registration Fee, Student Registration Fee, Security Deposit, Advance Training Fee, etc., after the approval of the Authorized Network Partner.

Peacexperts Academy reserves the right to grant or reject authorization to any applicant without providing any reason.
